Environmental & community commitments

Over the past few years, we have committed to make changes towards becoming a more sustainable restaurant, as we believe it is a crucial step for the planet and our well being.

We compost

We were early adopters of our community’s compost initiative. Composting leftover food can reduce greenhouse gases & global warming pollution. Our Whistler facility uses the compost to create rich soil for local gardens and farms.

We recycle

We recycle plastic, tin, paper and glass which is sent to our local recycling depot.

We use environmentally friendly products

We have traded our linens, and all take out containers for biodegradable ones. Biodegradable products decompose faster, they are free of carcinogens which can reduce the amount of waste in landfills, as well as the amount of plastic that ends up in our oceans.

Energy efficient appliances

We recently swapped paper towels dispensers for high speed energy efficient hand dryers.

Vegetarian Friendly

We offer a 20% off vegetarian discount.

We have cut down on single use plastic
