We were early adopters of our community’s compost initiative. Composting leftover food can reduce greenhouse gases & global warming pollution. Our Whistler facility uses the compost to create rich soil for local gardens and farms.
We recycle plastic, tin, paper and glass which is sent to our local recycling depot.
We have traded our linens, and all take out containers for biodegradable ones. Biodegradable products decompose faster, they are free of carcinogens which can reduce the amount of waste in landfills, as well as the amount of plastic that ends up in our oceans.
We recently swapped paper towels dispensers for high speed energy efficient hand dryers.
We offer a 20% off vegetarian discount.
We are proud donators to different local foundations:
Get Bear Smart Society, AWARE Whistler Area Residents for the Environment, WAG Whistler Animal Shelter, UNICEF, Whistler Community Services Society Foodbank.
